Like a honey fragrance, acacia flowers intertwine with sweet notes of virgin syrup, vanilla, and custard tart, on a base of lightly toasted wood and salted butter caramel.
Quite full-bodied, with a subtle woody undertone providing
power and a good length on the palate.
This wood, with its salted butter caramel aromas, reveals itself
both on the palate and to the nose, followed by the same notes with
a fruity touch (pear, hog plum…) and
toasted green coffee notes.
